Creativity Works for People
The Creativity Works for People Group aims to raise the profile of creative arts activity in Pennine Lancashire, within and outside the region, with a particular focus on developing the active engagement of children, young people and communities in cultural provision.

Current Projects
The People Group has recently developed a publication entitled ‘Who Needs the Arts?’. This important question is answered with facts and case studies from five members of the People Group including:
The purpose of this project is to keep arts in Pennine Lancashire on the agendas of politicians, councillors, economic development organisations and other decision makers. Funding and support for the arts in Pennine Lancashire is crucial for the economy, communities and young people.
Creativity Works succeeds in Grants for the Arts bid.
The Allotment Project invites you to a host of workshops, talks and exhibitions at Accrington Market Hall.
Public voting is now open for Haworth Art Gallery and Blackburn Museum and Art Gallery who have reached the finals of Connect10 competition. Vote now to bring leading artists to two Pennine Lancashire museums.
